2024 Lagoon Fees
The 2024 quarterly Lagoon fee for charter members is 102.43 quarterly (including tax) with an initiation fee of $107.00.
The 2024 quarterly Lagoon fee for non-charter members is $136.59 quarterly (including tax) with an initiation fee of $2,140.00
Initiation fees are paid one time only by residents at the time of closing.
