2023 Lagoon Fees
The 2023 quarterly Lagoon fee for charter members is $97.55 quarterly (including tax) with an initiation fee of $107.00.
The 2023 quarterly Lagoon fee for non-charter members is $130.07 quarterly (including tax) with an initiation fee of $2,140.00
Initiation fees are paid one time only by residents at the time of closing.
